Background & Education

Professional Credentials and advanced education help you determine advisor competence, distinguish between professionals who are passionate about their work, who value higher education, and help you make an objective decision when choosing a financial advisor. Many advisors become complacent with their education. For Jeremy, education is a top priority. He strives to continually advance his education and knowledge so that he may provide you with valuable information, insight, planning, and investment strategies. I do my best work with clients who are within about 5-10 years of retirement who are motivated, committed to and value partnering with an educated financial planner to navigate through the sea of financial confusion to formulate a financial plan that provides the clarity they need about their financial health to know when they can retire confidently so they can have a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable life, spend more time with family/friends creating wonderful and lasting memories for themselves and their loved ones, and to keep more of their hard-earned money through thoughtful long-term planning.

Life is stressful enough as it is. Work and family responsibilities can often take a toll on one’s mental health and when we’re not at our best, we are at risk of not engaging with our loved ones in a positive manner. In other words, we might come home stressed from work and our little ones want to play but we push them away because we don’t want to be bothered or we snap at our spouse/partner over something very minor. We’ve all been there at one time or another. Meanwhile, money matters are well known to be a leading cause of marital/relationship conflict. It is often the cause of a negative state of mind that can lead to not being at our best. My goal in helping people improve their financial health, to have financial security, prosperity and well-being is to reduce or even perhaps eliminate the potential stress and/or anxiety around money, ultimately to improve quality of life so that we can be at our best!
